Amazon delivering orders faster than usual, for Diwali probably?

Ever since ATS opened an office here in my town. It doesn't even takes 24hrs for delivery. That too for standard free delivery

Arrived this morning. Amazon people hard at work.💪

These are like China candles but made in India this time. I ordered them before also, 2 years back.

I ordered Food processor on Amazon on day before yesterday and they are gonna deliver it today. Pretty fast I guess..
 
Flipkart is worse. I don't why there are huge fanbase for Flipkart. ( Many don't know Walmart bought Flipkart) , it is not the same Flipkart way back 3 yrs. I ordered 10 days back still order is waiting for shipment. Amazon is good in all the way. But no one is placing order in it due to belief in Flipkart. It needs to be changed

It depends upon the experience. I differ on the point as my experience had been wonderful as your last line says it is due to the belief which comes from your experience when you order products and the seventy percent who had ordered may have find something good/better/best than others when they take the decision to order.I am saying this as I ordered a sizeable number of products during the sale via Flipkart and it had been wonderful with regards to price,affordability,offers etc.With regards to Delivery yes due to huge demands there may be delays

Agreed Bro.. their services have become very bad these days. I had many problems with them during my Durga Puja Shopping.
Here in our place many employees have left Ekart and they had to bring people from other places for the deliveries. All are new people who have never been here before, not even in the city. It is a hell of a pain to explain them the address.
Recently while receiving an order, the delivery executive was in Phone talking with his friend, asking him to get him a job at Myntra or Amazon.
 
Flipkart customer service is poor compared to amazon. When you dont need any customer service, like for clothes and low cost items they are good.
For large appliance their customer service is less supportive, i feel.
