Seeking Help Airtel Xstream Fiber ₹999 Plan - Prepaid, Xstream Box & Monitor Setup? (Seeking Advice)

Hi everyone,

I'm considering opting for Airtel Xstream Fiber and have a few quick questions about the ₹999 plan (100 Mbps speed) before I commit. I'm hoping to get some insights from current users or those familiar with the plans.

Could anyone clarify the following for me?

Postpaid vs. Prepaid: Is the ₹999 plan exclusively a postpaid connection, or is there a prepaid option available for this plan as well?

Xstream Box & Monitor Setup: I only have a monitor and would like to access OTT platforms. Is the Airtel Xstream box included as part of this ₹999 plan? And if so, how seamless is it to use the Xstream box with just a monitor (i.e., without a traditional TV)? Any specific connectivity requirements or tips?

Any advice or experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated!

Airtel provides postpaid plans for fiber/airfiber with 3 months advance rental and will not provide xstream box for fiber+ott plans, but they will provide box, if opts for iptv plan.

I don't want a traditional DTH setup. Currently, I'm using Jio broadband with a live TV facility on a set-top box, and I'm looking for a similar experience.

Can you suggest an IPTV plan under the same segment (around ₹999 with 100 Mbps speed), and please confirm if the necessary setup, like a set-top box for TV channels, is included with that plan?

You can opt 100 mbps fiber+ott+iptv plan at Rs.899 with xstream box, but Netflix,Prime&Apple tv+ are not available in this plan and can select Rs.350+gst worth of pay channels in iptv.
