The same problem happened to me after 349 recharge they deducted my 4g data quota balance even though signal showing as 5g registered complaint on net team they informed no solution for your problem and for unlimited 5g u need to stay around 200 mts of serving site or else 4g data deducted even signal showing as 5g so ported my sim to jio and today got call for air fiber installation free for 50 days with 1rupee payment

I'm on the ₹379 plan. I've used 3GB of data, but I still have 2GB remaining.

Airtel illiterate guys to understand the meaning of unlimited. If it is unlimited, it should be unlimited. Look at screenshot of my jio prepaid, used today through hotspot.
Jio is the only unlimited network and true 5G network as of now. All the others are just name sake to attract customers.

Ever since Jio announced the unlimited 5G pack, it is providing unlimited service without any T/C and I have been using Jio's unlimited 5G since then. I use at least 300 to 400 GB of data in a month, now that IPL is going on. From start of IPL till now in 20 days, I have used up to 400 GB.

Bro i use almost more than 100 gb data daily while downloading pirated pc games and even after 100-120 gb data i can surf unlimited internet at full speed. So yes jio is truly unlimited i almost use 800-900 gb data monthly

Never tried reaching more than 1 tb :D but will try

Good for you , I have heard in most places Jio & airtel both ISP has started restricting pirate sites to combat piracy, your nearby 5G towers must be performing well ensuring sustainable 5g signal in Jio in daily basis.
