Airtel To Offer 4G LTE

iPhone 5S and 5C Have Hardware Capabalities For TD-LTE And They Are Disabled At Present They Will Be Enabled Once The iOS 7.1 Update Is Released In Jan 2014.
 
If its true, then it may be soft-enabled after release.
I think its enabled only for certain markets like US.
 
The update has started rolling out but its carrier setting and its not a software update
