“We are delighted to introduce the new 10 day validity pack for International Roaming and provide added flexibility to customers. These affordable packs will enable users to now stay connected 24x7 without having to worry about high call and data charges while roaming on international networks," Ajai Puri, Director – Market Operations (India & South Asia), Bharti Airtel said in a statement.

Airtel had recently launched affordable international roaming packs with validity of one day and 30 days, and the new 10 days validity option offers customers greater flexibility to plan their communication budgets when traveling overseas. The telco had also said that post the exhaustion of pack data benefits, international roaming data will now be charged at just Rs 3 per MB, a reduction of 99% from Rs 650 per MB, so that customers can enjoy uninterrupted data usage without having to worry about bill charges.

Can I recharge it again after the 10 days are exhausted? I believe I can, so it looks like a very good option, would save me a lot of cash.

Think I would port to Airtel just for this.
