Sad News Airtel IPTV service is having an outage

It looks like the Airtel IPTV service is currently having an outage.

Despite being connected to Airtel wifi, all channels are showing "Server Error - Something went wrong. Please try again later" screen.

An error code is also showing on the screen.

Error Code: ATV_CL_832

X (Twitter) is having several complaints too.

i too face this during day time but after restart it was working sometimes

Are you using any dns? As i was also facing this but as soon as i removed it ,it started working @Bapun

No. I am using the default Airtel DNS only.

Try removing all wifi connection in stb and re-enter it and check it should work ,i removed the ssid having dns and re-entered it and it started working @Bapun

Channels were automatically resumed last night itself. I forgot to update here.

X has complaints too, like I said. So it was a problem from Airtel end.

Please read my post just above yours. It was resolved within 30 minutes.

It looked more like a technical glitch from Airtel end to me. Maybe someone accidentally pulled a plug at Airtel NOC.
