Airtel seems to have rolled out their IPTV service in some selected cities.

No major cities as of now, and requires to opt for Airtel Black bundled subscription for IPTV.

Yes no need of IPTV when DTH price= IPTV price with reduced speed. If internet goes off due to some technical issue, dth can work independently..
