Seeking Help Airtel Fraud Sneakily Reduced the Validity of the Recharge

I recently recharged ₹589 on 2nd November, expecting the validity to last until 3rd December. My previous ₹589 recharge ended on 3rd November, so the new pack activated on 4th November, aligning the validity to 3rd December. However, Airtel has unexpectedly reduced the validity to 1st December, prompting me to recharge again. How can I raise a complaint about this issue?

You don't have to defend Airtel on every thread. Sometimes learn to accept shortcomings of your favourite brand.
Buddy 1stly i am not defending Airtel as i too have seen this error happening on Airtel App so just conveyed it to the member to help him out... Secondly i also request u to not see each post of mine with a wrong perception as that leads to u forming an incorrect opinion / interpretation of whatever i state 🙏

Yes, you are clearly defending them. Based on what are you saying that reduced validity is a glitch?

Based on my experience.... I also own airtel prepaid connection and sometimes validity of app shows 2 days prior to actual expire date but there r no issues in services in the interim..... I am not defending but helping the member

So they deliberately do this to make you recharge earlier?

This time dino bro is right. Airtel app is full of glitches and this is one of them. I also faced this.
When we recharge before due date they count validity from recharge date on Airtel app but Your actual validity will stay same as shown in message.

No , what will they get with that....even if u recharge earlier ur new plan will start when earlier expires, there is no overlap and above all u get data rollover too...it is an error and happens with app of all operators
