I recently recharged ₹589 on 2nd November, expecting the validity to last until 3rd December. My previous ₹589 recharge ended on 3rd November, so the new pack activated on 4th November, aligning the validity to 3rd December. However, Airtel has unexpectedly reduced the validity to 1st December, prompting me to recharge again. How can I raise a complaint about this issue?
