My billing cycle was 5th to 4th of every month and I upgraded on 1st of June. As of now the billing cycle hasn't shown any changes, I'm guessing the last 4 days of the cycle will be charged on pro rated basis but the bill will continue to get generated on the 6th of every month like before.

Update on this. I was able to activate Prime by logging in to Airtel through a browser instead of Airtel Thanks app. Similar approach worked for activating Apple TV as well. The Thanks app is pretty buggy.

Netflix 1 screen, JioHotstar, Zee5 and Airtel Xstream play 2 screens. Apple Tv+ and Amazon prime 5 screens, its full prime not prime lite and it's only for 1 year free after that you have to pay.
