Discussion Airtel 5g issues ??

Does this issue happens on lack of 4*4 MIMO or airtel network issues ? pls help me with these issues?
its handset issues or Airtel network issues
I am using two devices (poco x5 pro) and one plus 11 i am checking AIRTEL 5G in same location but op 11 connected to 5g but poco x5 pro connected to 4g+ with same network id its issues on devices because lack of 4*4 MIMO on poco devices or Airtel network 5g issues

then above mentioned image is connected 5g right ? then no issues on poco devices
For Airtel, If it is showing 5G NSA in the net monster app then only it is actually connected to 5G and you will get high speed 200 mbps+ and unlimited data (most of the time) .
 
Thanks for the help bro i contacted to poco they said poco x5 pro supported mimo
But i have small doubts does all 5g processor supports 4*4 Mimo ?? or it depands on phone manufacture

4*4MIMO is on the 4G mostly along with band 78. Sub-Ghz bands are not 4*4MIMO. They are just 2*2MIMO.
For Airtel, 2100/1800 doesn't have 4*4MIMO. It's only 2*2MIMO.
Vi has deployed 4*4MIMO at few places on band 1.
Jio has deployed 4*4MIMO Pan India on band 3.
Most importantly, when phone is having CA, very few phones support 4*4MIMO on all bands. So even if you are using Jio, it's not possible to have 4*4MIMO on all bands because of OEMs.
