I checked for special offers on mobikwik website for Andhra Pradesh circle without giving any number and 448 plan is available.

Looks like this plan could be region specific, I tried 3-4 other circles and same offer was shown. But I am not sure if all states have this offer and also cannot confirm if offer would work even it is shown on mobikwik

inside my room i get same no of bars for Airtel 2G & Jio 4G.
In evening jio slows down & in airtel impossible to make any calls.
RWA won't let Airtel erect a new tower so situation is to remain and no guesses why I am moving.

I think now it's confirmed 448 recharge is not a offer its plan for all airtel users replaced by 399 plan

I recharged my mother's airtel number yesterday with 448 using my airtel app where it says flat 75 cashback on recharges above 348 and above. So effective cost 448-75 = 373. (yet to receive cashback, normally it takes around week for airtel to give cashback).
