Still the air quality is poor. Like I said before, the winds are too low during this time and the air tends to keep hold of everything it has under its own little bubble during winter. Anything extreme like crackers or burning activities can lead to very hazardous air quality.

Delhi needs to stop making factory that is the major reason for the air pollution from the last 10 years Delhi needs to go green

With monsoon winds withdrawing, it is that time of the year when the pollution in delhi reaches its peak.

Diwali is still another 10 days away, but the air quality in the national capital is deteriorating already. Multiple monitoring stations indicating ‘very poor’ air quality. The overall air quality in Delhi stood at 293, worse than the previous 24-hour average of 285, data showed.

The annual bane of toxic air has begun in the city, with Nov 1-15 being the most polluted stretch during the year. Any respite is unlikely during this period, and AQI is predicted to stay in the "very poor" to "severe" categories in the coming days.
