Good News Activated Flipkart PayLater got 5500 limit

My question is is PayLater service tied to CIBIL. If somebody don't pay the dues will they screw the CIBIL score?
In their faq page it's showing like this.

Update: Flipkart Paylater service is reflecting in my CIBIL Credit Report. They showing this as a unsecured Personal Loan of Rs.60000 from IDFC Bank. So if any of you use flipkart paylater then pay your dues on time otherwise they will report this to CIBIL which will reduce your CIBIL score.
