Seeking Help A decent Laptop within 25k range, Possible?

pls anyone suggest me a Budget laptop within 25k(+3k) for solely home usage... no showoff , No Gaming, No programming,No AutoCAD, No MATLAB only as Substitute of Desktop.
Only for Browsing, Word-Excel-Net,Pdf viewing (in short a laptop for Ammeture usage).
It should contain
1. original OS
2. Good Processor(nothing extra oridnary)
3. Good Hardware
I can't invest year after year for laptop...so want to use the laptop for long time

I'm not sure you'll get original windows 10 OS (you may get Ubuntu preinstall)

Bro windows 10 Home cost around 8k Buy Windows 10 Home - Microsoft Store India
and if we buy a laptop with windows OS then it costs 4k to 5k more... so better to buy with the OS
