Seven Motorola devices have received Wi-Fi certification by the Wi-Fi Alliance. All the seven model numbers begin with XT and are expected to be budget Motorola smartphones. The devices are: XT1770, XT1772, XT1773, XT1724, XT1725, XT1726 and XT1721. Most likely the smartphones will launch under the Moto E and Moto C series. With the phones passing Wi-Fi certification, the launch cannot be too far off, though Motorola might release the devices one at a time instead of all seven in one go.

There are certain similarities between all the seven models in terms of the processor. All seven use MediaTek MT6737 chipset. As some of the device model numbers have leaked previously, we know certain details. In the case of the others, little else is known in terms of features or specifications. One of the devices is believed to Motorola Moto E4 . The device will be a budget phone and come with average specifications. As per previous details, Moto E4 will feature a 5-inch HD display (720p), 16GB internal storage with 2GB RAM, 8-megapixel rear end camera and a 5-megapixel front camera with a 2800mAh battery.
