One Plus 13 is best value for money device right now along with Vivo X200 Pro. S25U is great but not value for money at all.

If Im spending 80k for a mobile, I will spend on Samsung or Apple only.

That's been the case over the years(Hearing great pre orders for S25+/U in Mumbai retailers). But I am telling you the facts. Samsung no longer the king in smartphone industry. From what I am hearing about S26U/S27U(and what Huawei has been doing in the background), Samsung downfall is written on the walls. Camera shutter lag is still present on 129000 INR priced S25U.

Camera shutter lag I myself have experienced. I have used the phone since two months and that's why I am able to confirm it.


Downfall means shut down like HTC, LG.
Downfall for several reasons.
1. No innovation since Galaxy Note 7( I used to call that phone as a fireball).
2. From S6 Edge to S9, there was innovation happening. But after that, suddenly it stopped and we are getting incremental upgrades.
3. No camera hardware R&D(With Huawei and Chinese manufacturers, I know what's happening, again don't ask how I know. I just know. Wait for Pura 80 Ultra and Honor Magic 8 Pro). 200MP since three years. Might be on S26U as well as they are not able to optimize 326MP 1/1.2 inch sensor camera. Don't ask how I know. Don't want to talk about S+ models as well.
4. Samsung provided better screens to Apple and Google last year. And kept worse screen to S24U. Lot of users worldwide faced an issue. They have ironed that issue in S25U, but it's incremental upgrade to be honest. Nothing exciting.
5. Talking about incremental upgrade, they are going Apple way. When you are going to compete with Chinese manufacturers?
6. No battery capacity upgrade. Playing safe since Fireball issue. Every year, FE series was an innovative product which later was translated into mainstream S line up. That's not happening since three four years.
7. Exynos has failed reasonably well. Kirin chips were ahead of time. If not for that ban, Kirin would have surpassed the Qualcomm as well for sure. Now Dimensity is at a level from where Exynos come back seems impossible. I hope S25 FE uses bigger 5500 mah battery and Dimensity 9400 at 70000INR for 512GB. Even after poor Exynos chips they were using it except US and China. It was poor move.
8. Samsung has been in industry for so long, they couldn't match Apple's video shooting capabilities till S25U.

3. Currently which brand is giving camera more than 200mp. Samsung camera is far better than iphone camera in photo quality as Im using both company devices.

4. I dont believe on what users faced, I always believe on my personal experience and I have no issue in display, far better than Chinese brand.

5. Why they should compete with Chinese brand ?? They are premium brand , no need to compete with Chinese brand.

6. A big company like iphone Samsung cant take such risk easily like big battery and big charger, need many experiment. Their users are specific and they are happy with what samsung apple providing for them. Apple is still providing 60hz display if this is the deal breaker then thay were not able sell a single device. These brands have their premium base and these users are happy for what they are providing.

7. Agree with exynos point. But Samsung mostly using snapdragon for S series. Snapdragon 8 elite for galaxy giving same benchmark like apple A18 chipset. Not issue in performance at all. I am talking about only S series not FE. Because FE not a premium segment.

8.Only I agree in your last point that is about video. But I know for video iphone is better but for photos Samsung is better so its personal choice. I was not comparing Samsung and apple. My point was simple if Im buying a smartphone @80k than I will only buy Samsung or Iphone device. Never buy a Chinese smartphone for a price of 80k.
So why you comparing Samsung with apple.

What about Galaxy AI ? You forgot about it?? Any competitor in the market who can compete with Galaxy AI? Even apple AI cant compete with Galaxy AI.
Samsung was the first brand who provided complete AI package in a smartphone.

To be honest Samsung won't be able to survive in this long game untill they can cater to the mass, clinging only to a niche area will soon reap its unfavourable results. On the other hand Xiomi has already partnered with MS's Cortana as well as upscaled its functionality and soon will launch this as a feature in all its smartphones so here we go for competitor. Moreover Galaxy AI services will be getting a price tag soon as confirmed by Samsung whereas Cortana powered AI and Google Assistants will be free.
