Discussion ACT Fibernet discontinues providing additional free month subscription on long term plans

ACT Fibernet started sending emails to the customers holding long-term plans with the ISP that the additional free 1-month subscription they were previously getting would no longer be provided once the current plan expires. Confirmation screenshot below.

I currently have a retention plan of 5M+1M for a total of 2900RS. Wonder what will happen to that plan

They have 6 months free for a 2 year plan. Looks like that will continue.

The one-month free subscription will be valid until the current tenure expires. Customers renewing their plans will no longer get an additional month of free subscription.
