Pls suggest me a 5.1 Home theatre (Not sound bar) under 40K as my Samsung 5530 Home theatre stopped working, and the service executive telling that main board failed and no more board will be available samsjng discontinued the product

Here are a few choices.

Yamaha YHT-1840 4K Ultra HD 5.1-Channel Home Theater System with Dolby and DTS https://www.amazon.in/dp/B082DVZCK7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DWJ8J7V382MW3SGC670P

Sony HT-RT3 600 Watt Real 5.1 Channel Wireless Bluetooth Soundbar with Dolby (Black) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01HXOUJOM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_PWSDYH8YNCMA20CCF2M0

Sony HT-RT40 600 Watt Real 5.1 Channel Wireless Bluetooth Soundbar with Dolby (Black) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B073RLK59B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_4SQ7YSBMQBR60JZ3YVHX

Consider this one. It is total wireless 5.1ch Dolby Atmos soundbar and presently available at 44k+. Last festival season Flipkart offered a massive discount of 10k on it. Just wait till New Year/Republic Day offers.

For me still can't compare 5:1 HT with sound bar....How can bundled speakers give the front rear separate speakers in differently placed surround sound effect..Or someone please clarify the difference or matching between HT× soundbar
Please don't mistake me...He clearly written as "Not Soundbar" but 🤔

That's right. A soundbar that has everything in it (Including the rear speakers) can never match the effects of the sound system, which has the rear speakers placed separately. Sadly, many prefer the compact nature of the soundbar these days and will miss the true effects. Coming to the above recommendations, all of them have rear speakers separately, not within the soundbar. The Yamaha model I suggested is a proper HT with separate speakers for all the channels (FL, FR, SL, SR, C and SW).

I am also wanting to know about latest HT systems... thstsy wrote about HT ...
Soundbar may fit in less space and may have surround sound effect feeling which is in 5:1 Dolby 2 ch/speakers TV too...
Anyway choice depends on personal choices...

Many sound bar have upward firing speaker which can reflect audio wave from ceiling and will reach you separately to give u feel like real surround sound.
One left and one right side speaker for left and right front audio separation, centre channel for dialogue and upward firing speaker for real surround effect after reflecting from ceiling.

Don't you think bro missing Usb and bluetooth in this specific model a big thumb down

Surround (artificial) feeling and Real surround makes difference...Anyone can and get this by hearing both live...
