How to check new plan for a circle. ?

We can ask our LCO to know abt new plans of our circle..but for any other states or circle afaik we can not check that. As
Railwire doesn't update their new circle specific plans on its website..

this is a good and medium usage plan. Most broadband players have 40mbps and direct jump to 100mbps
