The report card is out in public as per the recent reports the number of complaints from MTNL and BSNL are at its peak and when in terms of private operators Reliance is marching ahead followed by AirTel.

**Aircel Clarification, the poor performance to system configuration, system errors, segmented promotional offers, complaints related to value-added services, etc.


These complaints include service related complaints, in terms of poor network/services which has been received in TRAI.

TOI reports Telecom Minister Milind Deora in a written reply cited in terms of (QOS) Quality of Service BSNL was unable to meet quality benchmarks for most parameters as specified by TRAI.Where as in terms of call drops Tata Teleservices (TTSL), Idea Cellular, Unitech Wireless and Etisalat takes the lead.

Clarification from Operators .

TTSL cites “The benchmark of the parameter worst-affected cells having more than 3 per cent TCH (calls) drop were reported mainly from rural areas due to low call volumes and customers moving beyond the covered areas of the rural sites”.

Uninor cites “The call drop problem on its network to a sudden surge in traffic and spectrum constraints, while Idea said the call drop problem on its network in Bihar was due to power problems and heavy storms in the state”

Etisalat
DB cites “The company added that the issue is being addressed through optimisation methods”.

So what do you think how you rate your operator which is best and which is worst operator in your circle do let me know ur comments.
