Now Its not a question of how they actually won, the only thing is they've won. Unless opposition could prove how they've won legally it isn't tangible.

Also according to section 49 MA of Code Of Election Rules, if a person files a complaint regarding the discrepancy (voted for a particular party but it went to some other party) regarding the EVM, and, if after investigation this is found to be false or incorrect, then the complainant can be prosecuted under section 177 of IPC for "furnishing false information. This section invites six months in jail or a Rs 1,000 fine or both".

Now who you think is going to complain and land in prison? All done is all done.

Looks like only 5 states has shown some defense.

TN + Pondy [39]: BJP 0
AP [25]: BJP 0.
Kerala [20]: BJP 0.
Punjab [13]: BJP 2 [UPA 4]
Odisha [21]: BJP 8.
WB [42]: BJP 18.

If these states want, they can form an Union and really help their people who voted for them. Can they really do without central funds? If they dont then in 2024 even these states might take the same route the rest of the nation took during 2014 & 2019.

Better late than never.

Modi said 300 crossed 300 on his own whereas Didi said 42 reached 22. So after election results it's clear who does day dreaming. Modi or Didi ?

And forgot my dream even Abp stats shows BJP is leading in 129 assembly seat vs 158 of tmc. In Recently conclude by election BJP got 4 assembly seat vs 3 of tmc.

Money? Can you tell one non-BJP state that received any money? :D [I cant comment on BJP states cause i have no idea about them and BJP is absolutely absent in TN]

Lok Sabha Deputy Speaker M Thambidurai on Tuesday said that the central government is just announcing new schemes alone, but not providing any funds for that. The pending dues that they should give to the state amounted to Rs 18,000 crores. But they haven't given a single penny till now.
He also lashed out at the centre for complaining about the state government not implementing the schemes announced by the centre. "When the centre is not providing any funds, how will the state be able to implement their schemes?" he questioned.
"First of all, one should understand the difference between Tamil Nadu and other states. It's true that the state government is the one which implements the schemes of central government. But all the funds for these schemes are in the hands of the centre.
Now they've changed the state government into like a municipality. Post GST, the situation has got even worse. I accompanied our former Chief Minister Jayalalitha, when she met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and insisted him on paying us the due of Rs 18,000 crores to the state immediately. But till now we haven't received even a single penny," he alleged.
