Not yet but yes HD content and channels is widely available here and their are also many free to air full Hd channels available through local satellites like nilesat, arabsat and hotbird. But last week I checked a local electronics store who's selling a 55 inch 4k TV for just 6000 mean around 98,000 Indian rupees but that sales man clearly said me that currently 4k TVs are useless until some 4k content are available.

I taken some ss at that time, it was a promo channel, works for some seconds .& then freezed,
