Why we relocate, it's our house, country, motherland etc, government should attack loc that's the solution

We should relocate to save lives of our people. After all people's life is more important than property

Govt cannot attack pakistan formally now, there was a good chance in 1971 when all pak forces were destroyed, at that time Congress had the opportunity to recapture all Kashmir but they did not, because congress don't want to solve any problem permanently, they want to keep the problem forever so that they can keep politics over it for decades.

Just look at Pandit Nehru, why he called UN in 1948 when pakistan attacked Kashmir ? If he did not involve UN at that time then Indian forces would be able to recapture all Kashmir from pak . And as he approached UN and now UN has put a stay order so India cannot get back Pak occupied Kashmir.

Another Issue is water Distribution of kashmir valley rivers, why on earth would you sign a contract involving world bank to give water to your enemy state pakistan ? If Congress did not sign that contract then we could easily block water and that would effective give us better control over pakistan.

But it's congress and their stupid policies :wall:

Kashmir is an Integral part of India, Maharaja hari singh the king of the state signed the Instrument of accession just like other rulers in 1947.

This instrument is final and legal, no question of asking people. Every 5 years people vote for elections which means they are part of democracy.

@Sarkar bro, UN has removed kashmir from its list, so no question of UN putting stay order. India is just following the shimla agreement and LOC

Existence of LOC is itself a stay order, it is not the international boundary. If it is not a stay order then POK would be under Indian control and we would read the correct geography instead of false propaganda which states that India's highest peak is K2. But harsh reality is we Indians cannot visit K2 as K2 is under pakistan control.

Yes, LoC is a stay order as per UN resolution in 1947-48, and it was further negotiated in Shimla agreement that the issue would be solved Bilaterally only, without 3rd party intervention.

See this: Jammu and Kashmir removed from list of 'disputes' under UN
