Here’s the complete list of motorcycles that fall under the 100cc to 150cc category in Indian two-wheeler market.

Most of the motorcycle buyers in India either go for a commuter motorcycle or they look for an entry-level performance bike. Hence, the 100cc to 150cc engine displacement bracket gains more sales volume than any other segment. Let’s have a look at the complete list of motorcycles that come under this category. 1. Hero Splendor Range:

The Splendor series by Hero can be seen as one of the oldest motorcycle existing today. The Splendor family has as many as five models today namely Splendor+, Splendor Pro, Splendor Pro Classic, Splendor iSmart and Super Splendor. The 100cc versions come powered by a 97.2cc engine mated to a four speed gearbox and develop 8.24 bhp of power with 8.05Nm of torque. The elder Super Splendor on the other hand gets a 125cc engine that has been linked to a four-speed gearbox. The mill produces a maximum power of 8.99 bhp with a peak torque of 10.35 Nm.

2. Hero Passion Range:

The Passion family consists of three members namely Passion Pro, Passion Pro TR and Passion XPro. The former two come equipped with a 97.2cc engine mated to a four-speed gearbox. 3. Hero HF Range:

Following the vast lineup of commuters, Hero currently has three motorcycles under the HF nameplate: HF Dawn, HF Deluxe and HF Deluxe Eco. Powering all three is a 97.2cc engine coupled to a four-speed transmission that produces 8.24 bhp of power and 8.05 Nm of torque. The body design is same except for the fact the HF Dawn comes with a rounded headlamp while the other two gets a headlamp fairing.

4. Hero Glamour:

The Glamour is offered in two options viz carbureted and fuel injected. Powering the bike is a 124.7 cc engine that comes mated to a four-speed gearbox, developing 8.97 bhp of power and 10.35 NM of torque. The bike is one of the best selling 125cc motorcycles in India and gets an aerodynamic body with impressive graphics to enhance the looks.

5. Hero Ignitor:

Inspired from the CB Stunner, Hero MotoCorp launched the Ignitor with a 125cc engine that is linked to a five-speed gearbox. The mill cranks out a power output of 10.94 bhp with maximum torque of 11 Nm. Other features include sporty step up seats, analog digital instrumentation and a front disc brake.

6. Hero Achiever:

One of the lowest selling motorcycles by Hero, the Achiever comes powered by a 149.2cc engine mated to a five-speed gearbox, developing 13.4 bhp of power and 12.8 Nm of torque. The bike gets stylish headlamp with twin pilot lamps, comfortable seat and attractive body graphics.

7. Hero Impulse:

The company took a bold step with the Impulse as it is the first adventure tourer that has been launched under this segment. Powering it is the same 149.2 cc engine mated to five-speed gearbox that runs the 150cc Hero fleet. The Impulse gets several off-road elements like high mounted exhaust, motocross seat, spoke wheels and a high torque ATFT engine.

8. Hero Hunk:

The muscular 150cc motorcycle is the brawniest of the lot that features edgy tank cowls, analog digital instrument cluster, inverted GRS suspension and a lot more. The bike got its recent update with a slight increase in power and an addition of flamey graphics.

9. Hero Xtreme:

The most popular 150cc Hero motorcycle CBZ got transformed into CBZ Xtreme and now comes with the absence of the CBZ prefix. Powered by a 150cc engine, the bike gets several interesting features such as mobile charger, service due indicator and engine immobiliser.

10. Hero Xtreme Sports:

The advanced version of Xtreme comes with the same engine but with a slight updates here and there. The bike, as the name suggests, features several sporty elements such as clip on handlebars, sporty step-up seats and LED tail lamp with light guides for safety and better illumination in dark.

11. Bajaj CT 100:

One of the oldest long runners in terms of mileage, the CT was received its update some time back with some new graphics. The bike is powered by a 99.27cc engine that comes mated to a four-speed gearbox. The fuel efficient mill develops a maximum power of 8.08 bhp with a peak torque of 8.05 Nm, returning a claimed fuel economy of 89.5kmpl.

12. Bajaj Platina 100 ES:

The bike was relaunched in previous year with a whole new level of cosmetic surgery. Powering it is a 102cc engine that comes mated to a four-speed gearbox and produces a power output of 8.08 bhp with a peak torque of 8.6 Nm. The bike features body coloured visor and rear body grab rail, SNS suspension and a long comfortable seat.

13. Bajaj Discover Range:

The Discover has seen more than a decade in the Indian market and presently comes in three variants with different engine displacements. The first of the lot, Discover 125 comes powered by a 124.6 cc engine that has been mated to a five-speed gearbox. The engine churns out a net power of 10.84 bhp with a peak torque of 10.8 Nm. On the other hand, the two 150cc versions namely Discover 150S and Discover 150F have been equipped with a 144.8cc engine that is linked to a five-speed gearbox. The mill develops a maximum power of 14.3 bhp with a peak torque of 12.75 Nm. The Discover 150F gets a semi fairing that makes it stand with other premium looking motorcycles.

14. Bajaj Pulsar Range:

The popular Pulsar that has been doing wonders for Bajaj over the years has three members between the 100cc to 150cc space. The first is the Pulsar 135LS that comes powered by a 134.66 cc engine mated to a four-speed gearbox. The engine develops a power output of 13.37 bhp with a peak torque of 11.4Nm. The second is the legendary Pulsar 150 that has been the most preferred choice of the youth since quite a long time. Powering it is a 149cc, DTS-i engine mated to a five-speed transmission that produces a maximum power of 14.85 bhp with a peak torque of 12.5 Nm. Lastly, the Pulsar AS 150 that was launched as an adventure tourer comes powered by a 149.5cc engine that is coupled to a five-speed gearbox and develops 16.76 bhp of power with 13 Nm of torque. With this, the company claims the best-in-class power for the Pulsar in the 150cc territory.

15. Bajaj V15:

Inspired by the first Indian aircraft carrier INS Vikrant that helped India win several wars, the bike equips a 149.5cc engine mated to a five-speed gearbox. The engine produces a maximum power of 11.8 bhp with a peak torque of 13 Nm. The bike contains the metal of INS Vikrant and receives a special V insignia on the fuel tank. Other features include removable rear cowl, black alloy wheels and LED fuel gauge.

16. Honda Dream Series:

The Dream series comprises of three motorcycles namely Dream Neo, Dream Yuga and CD 110 Dream, all powered by a 109.19 cc engine churning out 8.25 bhp of power and 8.63 Nm of torque. The three differ in each other in terms of styling and cosmetic changes.

17. Honda Livo:

The bike comes powered by a 109.19cc engine that has been mated to a four-speed gearbox. The fuel efficient mill churns out a net power of 8.2 bhp with a peak torque of 8.63 Nm. Other features include stylish tank extensions, black alloy wheels and sharp aerodynamic visor.

18. Honda CB Shine:

The Shine is the best selling 125cc motorcycle that gets its power from a 124.7cc engine mated to a four-speed gearbox. The engine develops a maximum power of 10.57 bhp with a peak torque of 10.30 Nm. The bike offers optional front disc brake for more safety and stability.

19. Honda CB Shine SP:

The premium version of Shine was launched to cater the audience more confidently. The Shine SP gets its power from the same 124.7cc engine that does duty on the regular Shine. Added features include restyled headlamp and tail lamp, front disc brake, five-speed transmission and digital-analog instrument cluster.

20. Honda CBR 150R:

The baby CBR is one of the most popular sportbikes in India in this category. The CBR 150R receives its momentum from a 149.4cc engine that has been mated to a six-speed transmission. The refined motor churns out a net power of 18.28 bhp with a peak torque of 12.66 Nm.

21. Yamaha Saluto:

The bike is powered by a 125cc engine that has been mated to a four-speed transmission. The engine generates a net power of 8.3 PS with a maximum torque of 10.1 Nm.

22. Yamaha R15:

One of the most good-looking machines by Yamaha, the R15 receives its power from a 149cc engine mated to a six-speed transmission and develops a maximum power of 16.36 bhp with a peak torque of 15 Nm.

23. Suzuki GS 150R:

Known as the first Indian motorcycle to offer a six-speed gearbox, the GS 150R is powered by a 149.5cc engine that develops a power output of 13.8 bhp with a maximum torque of 13.4Nm.

Yes it's still available, they stopped it for the last 9 months for increase the sale of Unicorn 160. From this April they relaunched it...:k
