ZOPO Mobiles Monday said that it will be offering a one-year replacement warranty on all its devices from the date of purchase.
The company said that the scheme is applicable on all of ZOPO’s smartphone models purchased on or after October 1, 2016 under specific terms and conditions.
ZOPO in a statement said that it will enable customers to replace their faulty devices with a new one within 4-5 days.
“India is anticipated to take over US as the second largest smartphone market and given that scenario, the market at present witnessed cutthroat competition. Competing in an ecosystem like that, we are constantly on the move to facilitate comprehensive products & services to our esteemed patrons, and what we offer is the best in term of quality and configuration,” said Kevin Xu, Founder, ZOPO Mobile.
"...With our latest 1 year replacement warranty scheme, we wish to upgrade our customer service approach, and help maintain our position as a brand that is built on customer satisfaction," he added.
All ZOPO smartphones bought on or after October 1 will carry the 365 day handset replacement warranty.
