YouTube offline is malfunctioning on tech videos

Here's me trying to download offline tech videos from different channels. Same never completes. But I can search, play video and turn off internet. Videos still work.

That's so weird, same videos are in my recommendation too

YouTube lately have been too greedy and asking many videos to be downloaded only after getting an active YouTube Premium subscription. The change is rolling out in stages still, it might be the cause for above errors. You soon may not be able to download the same videos and upon existing video recheck, they will be auto deleted.

Third party extensions somehow works. Only premium series doesn't.

Try IDM Browser Extension , i always successfully download videos on youtube with idm , which is itself capture download option (upto Full HD Quality) version videos on Google Chrome, which is sometimes not available on others Browsers...
