Last week, Lava's premium smartphone subsidiary Xolo had put their latest handset Q3000 on pre-orders. Now the company has officially launched the handset in the market at Rs. 20,999. The Q3000 comes in Black and White color variant.
Going by the specs, Xolo Q3000 comes with a 5.7-inch capacitive touch screen IPS display offering a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
It is powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU coupled with 2GB RAM.
The device runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It also incudes sensors like Accelerometer, Magnetometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Gyroscope and Proximity Sensor.
Photography will be taken care of by a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED Flash, BSI 2 sensor, 1080p video recording. Also add a premium 5-megapixel front-facing camera with a BSI sensor. The device features a Full HD 1080p video recording and playback as well.
It houses a 16GB on board memory which is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD. There are several connectivity options that can be found like 3G (HSDPA: 42.2 Mbps, HSUPA: 11.5 Mbps), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, MHL, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG. On top of that just like the other Xolo handsets, this one also features a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) support as well. The device that measures 81.6×164.8×8.9 mm draws its energy from a grand 4000 mAh battery. It is worth mentioning that the Xolo Q3000 comes with a free flipcover and a OTG cable in the box.
Altogether, the device is pretty tough and high end in terms of specs. With such specs, it can be called as one of the best devices among the domestic smartphones.
