Glenn Jacobs aka Kane was playing one gimmick at a time. Not both at same time. It's more like Mick Foley situation where he had 3 characters Mankind, Cactus Jack and Dude Love at same time. Bray Wyatt character was killed off when the Firefly Fun House debut.
