World Trade Center re-opens after 13 years

Over thirteen years after the attack on the World Trade Center, the Twin Towers re-opened to business again on Monday. Publishing giant Conde Nast was among the first to resume office there, with 175 employees. The new building, with more attack-resistant construction, is a few steps away from the two memorial fountains, where the original towers once used to be.
