Seeking Help Windows 8 Limited Access Issue

Dear bros , i have recently updated my OS from win 7 to Win 8.1 ,i am having Tp link 300mbps modem..Net wifi Connectivity works fine in Win 7 and all other devices but in Win 8.1 alone it shows Limited access problem..Kindly guide me to rectify the issue..
 
Can you please explain what kind of limitation? Data usage? Check network configuration if its set as Metered connection. Disable it, and use as much as you want.

He's saying he's not getting internet in Windows 8 bro. Windows will say limited access when there's no internet!
