Windows 10 Free Upgrade ready - Microsoft started the notification

Hey guys

If you could remember, I already informed that Microsoft is installing a Windows 10 Update Notifier on our PCs in this thread

The notifier is put to use today few minutes back. Now we can reserve our Free Upgrade to Windows 10, and it will be downloaded when available and we will be notified of the same after the download is complete and we can choose to install it.

Windows 10 is coming on 29 July 2015.

Microsoft has now confirmed the date for the free upgrade (first image) as July 29... Also few screens have changed... like the PC check screen and we now have the option to cancel the reservation...

But there is a twist regarding launch date.

"Starting on July 29, we will start rolling out Windows 10 to our Windows Insiders. From there, we will start notifying reserved systems in waves, slowly scaling up after July 29," Microsoft said on its official blog.
