Seeking Help Win 8.1 pro software/ hardware issue

I have intel i5 10400 processor, and GB MB H410M- S2 V2, with Crucial DDR4 -4GB ram, and 1TB HD, I have installed 8.1 Pro OS. Mother Board Giga Byte driver DVD is not working- and I could not get the MB driver anywhere in the web. Myself somehow installed VGA & sound- but ethernet/ LAN port is not working.
Can Anybody provide me full driver software of WIN 8.1 pro ?
 
I have installed office 2003/ 2007/ 2010- one by one for using Outlook mail service but not working in any mode. But word/ excel/ power point can be accessed.
It is showing- "An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available" :sleep::sleep:
 
Intel 10th gen is not compatible with Windows 8.1

You will need Windows 10 v1903 and above for official support on all components
