Discussion Why size charts of same footwear/cloth products shown different in Amazon & Flipkart?

Here I am taking 2 online shopping sites. Amazon and Flipkart which are the duos leading in the market. I found that(many of us had been noticed) size chart of same brand and model product (take footwear) are not same in this websites. Anybody know what's the reason? Here's one example.
