Discussion Why is the picture quality of Disney+Hotstar so poor ?

Hi,
I am using Reliance Jio 4G. I am using their JioFI device. I did a recharge of Rs 401 which includes 1 year of Disney+Hotstar worth Rs.399 free.
This is the first time I am using an OTT service. No matter which quality I choose (High/Medium/Low) the picture quality is very poor.
Is this normal ? When I watch Youtube videos the picture quality is awesome.
Platform/Operating System : Linux Mint
Browser : Mozilla Firefox 81.0 (64-bit)
Internet speed : 10.33 Mbps

They are constantly trying to better the experience, previously we had screen blackout issue two days back with better quality .. now ses like to remove the screen blackout they have reduced the quality. Hope this also will be resolved soon.
