Seeking Help Which stabilizer is best for 55 inch LED Tv and home theatre to protect from power fluctuations/Surge.

Dear all,
1) I requesting you to suggest me to select a good stabilizer or surge protector for my Sony 55 inch 4k TV and Sony home theatre to protect from power fluctuations/surge(it is a common scenario in my village, coconut tree leaves falling on the main electricity lines in rainy season)
2) Is it safe to use 55 inch 4k TV(power consumption 139W as per Sony specs) and Tata Sky HD setup box on inverter (12v 180 ah battery and 1050 Va inverter)?
