I want to buy a mobile with Rs.20,000/- below. Which model is best in Samsung with no heating issues and better battery life?

Camera is the major difference between the two. Depends on one's interest towards the camera. Megapixel is just a number imo. If you are interested in getting a upgraded camera by spending couple of thousands more, then you can consider M31.
