Now we have to see what happens when sports 18 channels rebranding from tomorrow as star sports that they will work in nativ mode in stb Or redirecting in jiohotstar

I expected the change whether moving all channels to native mode or all channels through redirection initially during JioHotstar launch, then today during rebranding and shutting down of channels. But nothing happened both days.

Now I’ve stopped expecting any specific date or specific outcome. Started feeling even people in JioHotstar have no idea on what route to choose

Switching to Airtel IPTV is good option as jio not listening to users. Many time ask over x jio care support but same reply they give

They depends on Hathway digital for iptv, so don't expect immediate launch and 50% subsidy like Airtel iptv provides Rs.350/- for live tv from Rs.699/- fiber+OTT plan.

That ok no need high count channels like jio 1000+ if they provide 250 to 300 popular channels of user choice that also ok

Actually if we consider Jio TV+ not only star channels which are missing , sony's digital feed is only there with some channels like Sony TV and Sab TV not working when I last checked . channels like Sonic TV too is not present. I guess Live TV should be launched ASAP so that channels are directly available without routing through the broadcasters APP.
