In what can be a thrilling news to one billion whatsapp users, the world's most popular messaging service has launched five new features. The messaging company which is owned by Facebook has released its latest update this week.
The updated version, which is called 2.12.15 provides you an opportunity to improve the interaction with your buddies and it also comes as a gift for all the android and iPhone users.
Here is a glimpse into the newly-launched features.
Enhanced photo sharing
Did you always want to share pictures from other apps installed on your phone? Withe the new update, your wish has come true. You can now share photos from Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft 's One Drive as all of these are supported. The option will appear at the bottom of the screen when you select your photos.
Document sharing
Just as the pictures, you can now send documents through your conversations with the latest update. The option will appear once you click on the arrow in the bottom left hand corner but the app will only support documents up to 100MB in size.
Background colours
The latest update will allow you to replace the background with one of your choice. You can find the option in the app's setting menu where you can choose your own background from your photo library.
Storage space
The company has managed to reduce the amount of space the app required to function. Now with this latest addition, you can store more music and messages.
Video zoom
Now you won't have to try hard to figure out the detail in the video that has been sent to you. By just pinching your fingers, you can zoom in on the videos.
