One more help guys..

I read the review of Sony Blu Ray player S190. It is mentioned that it is not playing all DVDs and we are getting region error. Does anyone explain what is meant by this error? Actually I am in plan of buying this to replace my old DVD player. I have lot of DVDs as my collection. I am afraid that I cannot play them if I am buying this Blu Ray player due to the region error. Please help one more time... :huh

Actually the region codes are for security + Piracy to avoid them,When we get New DVD or Blue-Ray player they come with default (With no region) and in DVD Drives we can set The region codes in our pc if needed and as I said by deault no region selected is good and can play all region DVD'S etc.

For more pl read the quote:-

There are six different official regions and two informal variations.[citation needed] DVDs may use one code, a combination of codes (Multi-Region), most codes (Region 0) or every code/no codes (Region All). The commercial DVD player specification requires that a player to be sold in a given place not play discs encoded for a different region; however, region-free DVD players are also commercially available.[1] In addition, many DVD players can be modified to be region-free, allowing playback of all discs.[2]
