What is Future of UTV Software Communications?

Now Star Network Represent whole of Disney and depend for there actions but Disney owns Two Studios in India UTV & Fox-Star whereas Disney stoped the productions of UTV Movies three year ago but Fox-Star is still in action and Disney Use UTV only for appliant in There all Hollywood Movies in central Board of Film certifications...so question is will UTV be continue to be as distributor of all Disney Movies(including Fox) or it would be an End of UTV Motion Pictures If it is....will Star will be distributor?
