Hello everyone,as i booked jioAirFiber on 30/11/2024 and after two days on 3/12/2024 jio representative verified id's and booked the slot ,and in evening i called the airfiber technician he asked for name and place and said your order was cancelled because the locatiom is not feasible and its the mistake of jio representative who booked,they said refund is initiated,
After a day the same person came and begged for other new connection ,i am urge to need connection on that time so i accepted and got connection and now iam using it ,but till now i didnt got my refund.
I am reaching the customer care daily through chat,mail and call they aint helped .
I am depressed and frustrated with jioAirfiber.
So i decided to not pay the bill until they refund my money back,it is ok if they terminate the connection.
What happen if i not pay the bill ,any action taken legally?
