Want some suggestion for this phone

Friends I want some suggestion/ Idea's about this phone in mention link,
My friend want a low budget phone say upto Rs.4000, I found this one bellow..

According to features I think best buy & what is your opinion....

Don't know about others but am reading the name "Phicomm" first time. If your friend is investing money on a smartphone then tell him to buy a phone from well known company like Samsung, Micromax etc.

Also ensure that this company have service centre or not?
