Vi hikes Rs.50 for post paid plans (Rs.598 & Rs.749) and might increase pre-paid tariffs soon.

I think they are just bringing tariff to the same level as Airtel wrt Airtel's 649 and 799 plans. They are still testing waters and can understand their fear. But still now is a good time for VoId prepaid users, who are all getting good speeds to recharge a long term plan.
