Twitter’s social network, turned entertainment platform Vine has introduced a new “Watch” button that allows users to watch a particular channel or account without the need to scroll. The update is now available for Android and iOS .
According to the Vine blog , people love to go through a channel or watch an account from start to finish. You can now do that with just the tap of a button, without having to manually scroll through individual posts.
In addition, users are on a particular channel, they can tap “Posts” to choose how they want to view Vines which could either be from oldest to newest, newest to oldest, or by what’s popular. A report by TechCrunch points out that Vine has really transformed over the past few years to be more than just a social network. It follows the Twitter doctrine of one-to-many broadcasting, with a smaller amount of producers providing content for a larger group of consumers.
Recently, Vine introduced a new audio remix feature which makes it easy to incorporate sound already used by others. Vine also announced that its users, whatever their mobile operating system, can now access a list of all the videos that have an identical (or already remixed) soundtrack. In this way users can find the source of a particular sound. It is also possible to search for all the Vines featuring a particular song title.
