Anyone knows how to fix this issue ???

Unable to access router page/router settings from Airtel Thanks App. Can only change SSID and Password.
Anyone using Airtel AirFiber can pls check their Airtel Thanks App => My WiFi option

I am getting the below page which says Router not found.

Airtel CC says this option is not yet available for AirFiber as of now. I do not know how correct they are.

Can any existing user pls check and confirm @Azhar888 bro, @dreamer77

Hey,

I’ve been using Airtle Fiber’s connection(cable) for many months, but after a recent app update, they’ve unfortunately broken that page.

Earlier, I could see the number of connected devices and other relevant information, but now sometimes it displays “0 devices connected” when there are over 8 devices connected. I hardly used my WiFi option, whenever I want to change something I just go to the router settings through the browser and make the required changes.

Earlier app showed as 0 devices connected but now it shows as 8 devices connected.

Even if you be able to access those settings, max to max you will be able to change ur wifi display name and password
With my Airtel fiber connection I can reboot my router remotely through that option in the Airtel thanks App. Not sure if the same can be done for Air Fiber
