Seeking Help Unable to access AirFiber account details inside Airtel Thanks App

I need help.i booked dth and wifi in 2nd nov.after repeated call and mail,the wifi and dth installed yesterday and today respectively.But in my Airtel app the wifi is still showing installation is under process.when I asked cc to make black id then they told me that wifi is showing under process so it will take time.when I tried to call airtel airfiber cc my mobile no is telling it is not registered.i don't know what is the reason.can any one one explain

From your message, I suspect Airtel sales team's fault here. They have probably used another mobile number for your connection. I don't know whether that can be an intentional move to generate more commission since you applied through the website, they may not get enough money if fulfill that request.

It can be the reason also why your new connection request is still showing under progress status and CC is unable to locate your details when you call from your number.

Now you should check with the Airtel sales guy who did the KYC stuff for you.

Don't worry bro, at certain times information regarding connection installation or activation gets updated later on so u there is no such issue arising out of same

You r right brother but wifi is not updates that's why my airtel blackbundle is not created.cc is saying after updation only it is possible

Contact nodal officer of ur area or send message to Airtel Presence team on X (Twitter) platform...i am sure ur issue will be resolved within few hours :)

That being sad, 2 of my friends recently took the connection are getting just 10Mbps through ethernet port, tweeted , sent mail to CEO , regional tsm etc but till date no action taken...local guy is saying as per rule connection should be within 500m but they forcefully activated it but anyway this is not related as they are good speed through wifi..let's see.

Meanwhile I am planning to take a connection this month, but after hearing all these issues need to rethink

Buddy , overall service quality is great however as is the case with even the best companies sometimes certain people might face certain issues which aren't resolved within stipulated time so one should not form a perception based on fw such cases :)
