Eros International’s film studio Trinity Pictures will be producing six original web series for over the top (OTT) platform Eros Now, which is housed under parent company Eros International Plc.
The originals to be released include Flesh with Siddharth Anand, Flip with Bejoy Nambiar, Kurukshetra with Prakash Kovalamadhi and Hacked with Abbas Tyrewala.
The studio is also working on mythological series Dashavatar with Nikhil Sinha and Krish Jagarmalmudi’s Ponniyin Selvan, an adaptation of a historical novel written by Kalki Krishnamurthy. It will be released in FY2019.
Trinity will release five films in FY 2019, including its first Indo-China production. The films to be released are ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’, ‘Pitch White’, ‘Amsterdam’, ‘Panda’ and ‘Krishna Key’.
