A 23-year old batsman from Trinidad and Tobago, Iraq Thomas, smashed the fastest T20 hundred in just 21 deliveries in the Tobago Cricket Association's T20 tournament at Louis D'or. Playing for ScarboroughMason Hall, Thomas hammered an unbeaten 131 off 31 balls to help his side chase down Speyside's target of 152 in just eight overs, thereby breaking fellow West Indian Chris Gayle's record (off 30 balls) for Royal Challengers Bangalore against the now defunct Pune Warriors India (PWI) in the IPL.
Thomas had earlier slammed a 53-ball 97 against Charlotteville.
