Quality in Jio TV for this channel is worse. Size is also very small

Same problem in all sd channels of jio tv. All are pillar box 4:3 channels. Fit to screen/stretch option not available. 
For this channel, channel, channel is 4:3, but its content is 16:9. So channel already has black bars in top and bottom. Plus, jio tv adds black bars in the sides. So small size, like sd sports channels while broadcasting football...
