Too much beta testing for BSNL New website

State run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd(BSNL) launches its whole new website in Beta mode in July 2011, nearly 8-9 Month back to get rid of its old website www.bsnl.in at domain http://www.new.bsnl.co.in/ as we reported in July 2012 under article BSNL launches New Website in Beta Version and we expected BSNL will soon replace its old website with new website after user review and feedback during beta testing. BSNL old website is lesser organized and looks pretty meshed up with banners and hard to find appropriate services while new website provides a pleasant look with telecom services in organized way.
Its too much beta testing for BSNL New website as both BSNL and MTNL introduced new website last summer in same week. MTNL already replaced its old website with new website at http://mtnlmumbai.in/ but BSNL website is in Beta testing. Take a look and compare BSNL old and Clean & Organized New website.

It has seen that most of BSNL project is delayed either CDR Project, ERP Project or NGN project. But its hard to understand how a website launch can be by 8-9 Month, which is one of basic need of a service provider organization. Hope BSNL Management or IT Project team will take a note and customer can soon get rid of old website and new interactive website will be launched soon at BSNL corporate domain www.bsnl.in & www.bsnl.co.in.

I face problem even in recharge through their portal. I can not recharge only for data. I need to go to nearby shop for recharge.

After the last hack of BSNL site it happens always... They loose all data and uploaded old back up... Site not works after 2am... Tried myself...
